These tournaments are made to have fun, and to play friendly games. Vulgar language and rudeness will not be tolerated. There are no warnings and may result in immediate Dis-Qualification from tournament running, and possible banning from future RCN Tournaments for an unspecified amount of time. Hosts will not tolerate rude behavior toward hosts or other players. If you cannot play in a game spirit you will be removed from the tourney. And please respect Zone and/or community rules. |
Your zone name will be stored on this server and saved on the top50 classification. Tournament matches and results will be always visible on tournament pages. |
Subs: If ur partner is gone u can ask to have a sub. Subs wont be allowed if Final section has started. Players that want to sub must tell to host their user ID in the lobby/chat. |
New!!! Participant in tournament cannot receive a point if he or she have not played. That way host cannot favor one zoner over another, and the participant can only receive DNF. |
Ranks/TOC: Scheduled Tournaments (non spur) gives you points in the Yearly rank and in Your Player Profile. If you are in top 3 in the results of those tournaments you're invited to the TOC for the running month. Spur Tournaments do not rewards you points for your player profile, and gives you points only for the Monthly Ranks. However you can view tournament statistics in your history. Only Winner of those tournaments get an invite for the TOC of current period. |
Attention: Who doesn't make his RCN name matching the Zone nickname, may risk disqualification from nonSpur Tournaments! |
| General Rules: (revised: 09/23/2002 03:32 pm, viewed: 14982 times) |

| Under no circumstances you are allowed to boot someone from your game. If your opponent/partner is gone, Wait 5 mins for his return. Allow 2 re-Launches before looking for a bye/DNF. Host is not responsible for game not working or connecting to the game. Ability to host/join IP games is required. |
| Tournament which contain time limit, those who finish after may subject to DQ. When time runs out, players should return to lobby with screenshot or game saved. 40 Minute Time Limit per Round maximum time if not specified. |
| If you can't prove it, it didn't happen: PRINT SCREEN and paste to PAINT, Screen Shots are required! In the case of an argument, they can make the change. Capture your victory, or Capture your complaint. |
| About Spur Tournaments (revised: 10/30/2003 10:53 pm, viewed: 14982 times) |
Please note that Right now the Spur Tournaments doesn't contribute to your public profile points, because them are just for spur ranks and doesn't go to yearly Official RCN ranks. We might have it changing for an upcoming version of scripts, but until then it remains as is now. |
